A B S T R A C T A series of pyrrolo [2,3-d] pyrimidine, pyrrolotriazolopyrimidine and pyrrolotetrazolopyrimidine derivatives 2-13 were synthesized using 2-amino-1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-4,5-bis (4-methoxy-phenyl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile 1 as starting material. The biological rational upon which the newly synthesized compounds was built was their structural similarity with some pyrrole derivatives that having antimelanomal, anti-tetrahymena and some kinases inhibitor activities.
