In this work, the nuclear properties have been calculated of carbon and oxygen isotopes. Deformation parameters were compute in two method ; firstly has depend on moment of intrinsic-electric quadrupole QO while the second method to calculate deformation parameters derived on probability of electric transition values where the relationship between the deformation parameters that were calculated in two ways was studied.
