Two-Stage Current Transformer with Electronic Compensation
2012
ACTA IMEKO
A current transformer with electronic assistance was developed, intended for current to voltage transducers. It is based on the two-stage principle, and it includes electronic compensation for magnetizing errors as well as capacitive errors. The nominal input currents go from 1 A up to 100 A, and the nominal output current is 0.2 A. Using a load of 10 Ohm, the nominal output voltage is 2 V, with 0.4 W of dissipation.
