Laser Direct-Write of Polymer Nanocomposites
2006
Journal of Laser Micro/Nanoengineering
Laser direct-write is shown as a viable technique for the deposition of solid-state polymer electrolytes for Li-ion micro-batteries. The quality of the solid-state polymer electrolyte was determined by the amount of solvent used in the transferred material. The addition of nano-particles (BaTiO 3 and TiO 2 ) was shown to influence the ionic conductivity behavior of the solid-state polymer electrolyte.
