Through empirical research on informatization EFL teaching mode, this paper proposes that the effectiveness of informatization EFL teaching mode depends on more attention to students' individual differences in the implementation of the information-based teaching mode as well as to the construction of diversified interactive platforms under the informatization EFL teaching mode. And the more flexibly the information technology is applied to EFL teaching, the more effectively the informatization EFL teaching mode makes up for the students' individual differences in learning, learners of autonomous learning can engage themselves in interactive teaching consciously and actively to cultivate their autonomous learning ability and make satisfactory achievements.
