The study aimed at observing the delivery characteristics of pollutant loadings by calculating the delivery rate of drainage areas on the pollutant item in the basin of Soyangho that is the biggest multipurpose dam in the upper region of the Bukhan River. According to the result of the observation on the delivery characteristics of pollutant loadings depending on the flow regime change, the delivery rate increases in BOD, SS and T-P. In case of T-N, the delivery rate increases in Naerincheon,
