The renal vasculatures of Wlstar Kyoto spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR), prior to (4-5 week) and during established hypertension (21 week) and those of age-matched Wistar Kyoto nonnotensive rats (WKY) were morphometrically and pharmacologically studied.
