This paper introduces a highly adaptive and automated approach for generating Finite Element (FE) discretization for a given realistic multi-compartment human head model obtained through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) dataset. We aim at obtaining accurate tetrahedral FE meshes for electroencephalographic source localization.
