An RI beam factory project is proposed by the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) as a next new facility for nuclear physics. The accelerator system for this project, consists of main 2 parts, one is Superconducting Ring Cyclotron (SRC) and the other is a storage ring system named MUSES. An Accumulator Cooler Ring (ACR) is a part of Multi-USe Experimatal Storage rings (MUSES). It is used for the accumulation and cooling of the radioactive isotope (RI) beams which are produced by

The large momentum spreads of these RI beams will be significantly reduced by the electron cooling and stochastic cooling devices in the ACR. Devices for multi-turn injection and RF stacking are also prepared in order to increase the beam current. The simulations and designs of these devices are presented in this report. 1072 0-7803-4376-X/98/$10.00
