This paper deals with the vector control based on fuzzy logic of active and reactive power of a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) integrated in a wind turbine system. The power transfer between the stator and the grid is achieved by acting on the rotor signals via a bidirectional converter. For a comparative study, the independent control of active and reactive power is ensured in the first step by conventional controllers (PI) and the second step by the fuzzy controller.
