This research aimed to analyze the tourism supply chain (TSC) in Juiz de Fora (MG), focusing on its structural components, main links, internal management process and possible inter-organizational relationships. We used a literature review on operations management, production management, production planning and control (PCP), logistics and supply chain on tourism, to analyze and compare the proposed concepts and offer a model related to the tourism product.
