We discuss the integrated colours, kinematics, formation, dynamical evolution and initial mass functions of die young globular star clusters in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC). Because these clusters are so young, they offer us insights, unobtainable from die old globular clusters in our Galaxy, into the formation and early dynamical evolution of globular clusters.
