... a fundamental part of the cultural policy of the country, it is important to be examined and clear assessment of its historical development to be made, as well as to show the transition path of its management. The new challenges in the sphere of management, and the formation of a creative product, its dissemination and human resources management in the sphere of this art, requires new approaches. The provocation to develop this kind of research comes from the lack of interdisciplinary elaboration of folklore art-management relation.
