The population in this study is the Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies that have gone public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period, with a total of 81 companies. The research population according to the purposive sampling criteria were 44 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by statistical test t (t-test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted with the SmartPLS tool, CR has significant effect on PBV in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018. DER has an significant effect on PBV in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018. CR has significant effect on ROE in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018. DER has no significant effect on ROE in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018. ROE has significant effect on PBV in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018. ROE has significant effect on mediating the effect of the CR on PBV in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018. ROE has no effect in mediating the effect of the DER on PBV in Property, Real Estate and Building Construction Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016–2018.
