Virtual bronchoscopy is an important application in modern medicine. The aim of this work is to establish a virtual bronchoscopy system that can examine the entire lung and assist physicians in detecting polygons inside the lung. It is separated two parts: preprocessing phase that used to construct human organ model based on the principal of CT medical imaging data, the run-time phase that used to simulate the several functions that can show the different procedure of surgery.
