... earched for key words upper-limb prostheses and functional upper-extremity, publications on the subject on and after August 8, 2013. In total, 109 articles were reviewed and analyzed. It should be noted that numerous articles were found on functional in using pulley unit and comfort in using the adjustable axilla loop. However, we found that a dearth of information is available on design and lightweight of functional upper-extremity prostheses. In consequence, the rests from this review indicates that further study is necessary to functional upper-extremity prostheses. 要旨:能動義手のコントロールケーブルシステムが開発されてから 50 年が経過する.能動義手については長年にわたり 議論されてきたが,多くの専門家は能動義手の使用状況には疑問を持っている.そこで本稿では,能動義手に関する調 査,開発,研究等の進捗状況を先行研究からとらえ,その能動義手の現状と今後の課題について検討した.検討の手続 きは,まず 1960 年から 2012 年までの間に公表されている論文を,メディカルオンライン,医学中央雑誌,CiNii から, キーワード「義手」 , 「能動」で検索した(検索日は 2013 年 8 月 8 日) .その手続きによって抽出された 131 論文のうち, タイトル及び本論から能動義手に関係しないと判断した 22 論文を除き 109 論文を選出した.その結果注目されるべき は,能動義手におけるプーリーユニットの開発などに代表される機能性,調節式ハーネスなどに代表される装着感につ いての研究は行われているが,外観性,軽量性についての研究はほとんど行われていないことが明らかとなった.これ らの点について能動義手のさらなる研究が必要である. キーワード:能動義手, レビュー, 切断
