In this study, we explored the microstructure and slurry erosion properties of Stellite 6 cladding deposited on AISI316 and AISI410 stainless steel substrates using gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. Optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were employed to analyze the microstructure similar to the erosion mechanisms.
