This paper describes the history of China's carbon emission trading market development, and reveals its problems existing. Then it analyzes experiences of the successful establishment of the European and American carbon emission trading market, to make suggestions for completing unified carbon emission trading market in China. At last, in view of China's national conditions, this paper recommends the countermeasures adopted to fit the changing carbon emission trading market.
