To evaluate the accuracy of sonography in diagnosing acute appendicitis in King Fahad General Hospital at Albaha (KFGH). This is a retrospective cross-sectional study being performed in KFGH during 9 months (January, 2015 to July, 2016. more » ... ve histopathological study. Then we compare between accuracy of ultrasound and histopathology reports .the collected data include all demographic data , history and physical examination. Ultrasound is more useful less invasive especially in female patients.
