The tree of Ailanthus excelsa Roxb. is one of the source of soluble proteins. The environmental conditions are effective on metabolic contents and morphological status. The two sites-Dakor (Gujarat) and Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh) were selected for the comparative study of soluble proteins. The five replicates of Dakor were taken and the percent mean quantity of soluble protein was 5.5300 and the percent mean quantity of soluble protein of Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh) was 5.800. The S.Em.
