A research have been performed concerning about phenolic total and antioxidant activity for tea leaf from Kayu Aro and product black tea by using spectrophotometry of UV-Vis. The examination concentration of phenolic total for tea were 62,085 mg/g and to product black tea 46,718 mg/g. And antioxidant activity which performed on extract tea IC 50 43,308 µg/mL and for products black tea 64,259 µg/mL. Antioxidant activity to gallic acid is IC 50 7,473 µg/mL from DPPH method.
