Talent management strategy (TMS) is one of the new paradigms in human resources management (HRM) that centers on identification, employment, training, promotion and maintenance in an organization. The purpose and method of this study is based on correlation descriptive-survey process. The statistical population of the current research contains the whole faculty members of Isfahan University.
