T he purpose of this note is to report the first occurrence of the parasitoid T riplasta coxalis (Asmead) (Hymenoptera: Figitidae: Eucoilinae) in immature stages of Cyrtoneurina pararescita Couri (Diptera: Muscidae) in Brazil. In June 2003, 31 pupae of C. pararescita were collected, from which 05 specimens of T .coxalis emerged.
