... perceptive on OCB. A simple random sample consisting of 378 IT employees working for Egyptian owned organizations was studied. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. The research results show that all GTL dimensions had a significant effect on all OCB dimensions. This paper makes substantial contributions in highlighting the relationships between GTL and OCB. It also adds to the critical and theoretical understandings, essential in developing green leadership styles and OCB.
