Synonym(e) F1 + 2 (F1.2) Englischer Begriff prothrombin fragment F1 + 2 (F1.2) Definition Im Prozess der Aktivierung von ▶ Prothrombin zu ▶ Thrombin spaltet Faktor Xa vom Prothrombin das N-terminale Fragment 1 + 2 ab. Die F1 + 2-Konzentration ist folglich ein Maß für die In-vivo-Aktivität des Prothrombinasekomplexes und/oder für den Metabolismus von F1 + 2, d. h., die F1 + 2-Konzentration spiegelt den Auf-und Abbau von F1 + 2 wider.
