This thesis is about the interaction of people with disabilities, from the prenatal point of view and with their interaction in society, especially in their working environment. The first chapter gives an overview of different definitions of the term "disability" from the medical, special and remedial education and the legal point of view. The second chapter describes three different theories of justice – the utilitarianism including the view of Singer, Rawls' "A theory of justice" and the

The third chapter deals with the interaction of people with disabilities from prenatal perspective and explains various methods of prenatal diagnosis and new prenatal test methods. It also examines the question, if disabled people get discriminated because of prenatal diagnosis. Furthermore, it contains cases of "wrongful-birth" judicature. The last chapter is about disabled people in our society. The focus lies on the integration of disabled people into the working environment, therefore some cases by the European Court of Justice and the OGH are described.
