A Simple and Cheap Ultrasound-Assisted Microextraction Procedure For Extraction of Tartrazine in Soft Drinks and Foodstuff
2019
Cumhuriyet Science Journal
In this study, a simple and cheap ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid-based floating organic droplets microextraction (UA-IL-FODME) has been proposed for spectrophotometric determination of synthetic food dye (tartrazine) in soft drinks and food samples. 1-Octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [C8MIM][BF4] and 1-octanol were used as the extraction solvent and dispersant solvent, respectively. The method is based on extracting the tarrazine to the ionic phase with the help of ultrasonic
