Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T) cell immunotherapy has shown remarkable efficacy in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) patients. Minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring in NHL is essential after CAR T cell therapy, which can be achieved by monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).
