The present seismic data resolution itself cannot challenge the exploration of thin reservoirs that is less than 1/4 wavelength. Therefore, it is a worthwhile approach to detect thin reservoirs by tuning the spatial relative amplitude variations with seismic data of an acceptable resolution. This paper, based on the full-azimuth survey (FAS) data and the relative amplitude preservation processing technique, puts forward a new method to calibrate reservoir between well information and seismicdoi:10.1190/1.2148293 fatcat:vmsvcydlunh5fhmk26wolxx76y
