The obstacles to implementing the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) program in Penarun Village, Batin VIII District, Sarolangun Regency consist of several factors, namely the absence of Human Resources who have innovation and creativity in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Penarun Village, Batin VIII District, Sarolangun Regency and not the existence of community participation to develop Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Penarun Village, Batin VIII District, Sarolangun Regency. Efforts were made to overcome obstacles to implementing the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) program in Penarun Village, Batin VIII District, Sarolangun Regency, namely developing business units and establishing cooperation with other Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes).
