The organizational culture is the key effect on employees' career development. This paper studies the needs for organizational culture from the green-hand employees in automotive industry, who are the graduates in School of Automotive Studies, with the empirical method. The result shows that, there are differences between green-hand employees of different genders in the needs for organizational culture of automotive enterprises.
