It considered changes in the structure of employed persons in Ukraine by educational level in 2012- 2013 years. It stresses the marked increase in employment of persons with office workers, office employees and persons without profession, or those who occupied positions that do not require special training. The article outlines the main problem of inconsistencies of education market to economy needs of Ukraine. It justifies the necessity of further study and address of these problems, involving the development of the concept of interaction between the labour market and education market. It formulates key task of training high school.
