The primary purpose of this research paper is to demonstrate the role, strongorganizational culture plays in transforming a loosely connected organization toone with strong ties. The results of this study indicate that business units are likelyto get assistance from other sister business units to accomplish tasks in a timelymanner and to be innovative.
