This study examined the influence of the turnover intention and emotional intelligence, communication competence and stress coping of psychiatric nurses. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 160 Korean Psychiatric nurses from February 2 to February 27, 2015. The data were analyzed using the frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 20.0.
