A search for new drugs to overcome the resistance of microorganisms and increase of the effectiveness of antimicrobial therapy is an urgent problem in the prevention and treatment of infectious-and-inflammatory diseases. The antimicrobial activity of composites, based on a concentrated colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles in glycerol ("Silver Shield-1000") and antimicrobials of various chemical groups: streptomycin and kanamycin, cefazolin azithromycin and ofloxacin, was studied. We used microbiological methods: suspension test according to the European standards and method of batch dilution in nutrient medium. 96
