This study purpose was to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This study collaborates with previous research phenomena of research object. The research object is the University of Muhammadiyah Malang.
