This research aimed to "measure the level of effectiveness of the project to improve the chances of working children in planning to obtain their educational and health rights." The main question of the research is "What is the level of effectiveness of the project to improve the chances of working children in obtaining their rights." This research is considered an evaluation research, as well as The social sample survey took its approach, and the research came out with a set of results according to the research questions, which are as follows: 1-The level of effectiveness of the project to improve the chances of working children in obtaining their health, educational and recreational rights, and in securing a work environment is a high level. 2-There was agreement on the difficulties of improving the chances of working children to obtain their rights in an average rate.
