Descriptive analytical method was adopted. The tool was Digital Citizenship scale. The sample consisted of 47 students majored in Educational psychology Department. Results indicated that the participants have low level of Digital Citizenship as their mastery levels didn't reach the cut-of-score (80%). In light of the results, the proposed program was framed and prepared.
