This study explored undergraduate technical education students' industrial internship experience. Three research questions guided the study. Qualitative design using narrative approach was adopted. Findings from the study indicated that industrial internship plays a key role in the overall skill development programme of undergraduate technical education students through robust and well-coordinated pre-placement preparation, learning experiences and employers support.
