The Relationship between Employee's Perceptions of Organizational Intelligence and Application of Information Technology with Organizational Agility in Education Organization of Golestan Province

The main purpose of this study was studying the relationship between employee's perceptions of organizational intelligence and application of information technology with organizational agility in education organization of Golestan province. This research in terms of purpose was implicational. And in terms of data collection was descriptive and correlation which was conducted in 2014. more » ... opulation of the study was 183 participants and the sample size was 125. For data analysis, SPSS software Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and multiple regressions were used. This study consists of two main hypotheses and nine sub-hypotheses. The results of main hypotheses showed that, there were significant positive relationships between organizational intelligence and application of information technology with organizational agility in education organization of Golestan province. Also the results of sub-hypothesis showed that, there were significant positive relationships between the aspects of organizational intelligence (strategic vision, common fate, a desire to change, courage, unity and agreement, application of knowledge and performance pressure) and organizational agility and between the application of information technology (application of computer hardware and software and application of internet, intranet and e-mail) and organizational agility.
