The article presents the results of a study of current problems and modern trends in personnel management in bankruptcy organizations of the Udmurt Republic. The activities of these organizations related to the implementation of insolvency (bankruptcy) legislation, primarily by arbitration managers, are currently actively spreading and in high demand among individuals and legal entities in the Russian Federation.
