In this context, we sought how the precepts of learning make possible the use of a game, which addresses the Complex Relationships of Production Management in the discipline Production Management II, this resulted in the recognition and improvement of RCAP Game aiming at a review of techniques and logic. mathematics based on categories and guiding aspects of performance that can support it. This revision resulted in the redefinition of the RCAP Game, which changed the investment of the Result Factors investments to the Best Practices investments, in which the layout adaptation which assimilates the strategy adopted by the participants to the best practices. The mathematical re-modeling behind the game was performed to evaluate its functionality and applicability to the theoretical basis presented. This led to calculations of the relationships between the Best Practices, Competitiveness Factors and Outcome Factors components, and it was proposed to consider the decreasing marginal yields in the formula applied to the RCAP Game. For the identification and description of teaching and learning environments in two Brazilian HEIs, FGV and USP, where it was possible to obtain pragmatic reports of what is expected to occur in a management laboratory and what actually this practice adds to students' learning gains. and academic gains to HEIs such as scientific research. Finally, to evaluate the possibilities of building a management laboratory for UFSC, a budget forecast was made that physically contemplated the three pillars for the design of a Management Lab.
