With the increasing demands for networks, space-air-ground integrated network (SAGIN) and quality of experience (QoE) have been proposed in recent years. Therefore, we divide the network architecture into subsystems, functional modules and network facilities, and propose the corresponding network operation strategies. In addition, we propose a network task allocation strategy based on Q-learning and apply it to the simulation environment of proposed architecture. Through simulation experiment, we demonstrate the advantages of QoE in SAGIN.
