In this research, the relationship between intention to leave and person organization fit is studied via determining of some variables. For data collection, Scale of Intentions to Leave developed by Rosin and Korabik (1995) and Person Organization Fit Scale developed by Netemeyer et al (1997) is utilized in the relational screening model research on 181 gymnastics coaches.
