Abstract. In economically developed countries, road traffic injuries are the third leading cause of death among the overall population and the first leading cause of death among young people. According to the UN, about 1.3 million people die on the roads yearly, and about 7 million people are injured. Most of the world's 300 million disabled people are victims of road accidents.
