There are certain common features between satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction is a necessary, but not sufficient, condition to build loyalty. The level of customer loyalty also depends on many other factors, including the type of industry, product and personality of the client. The aim of the article was to answer these questions: Does the satisfaction achieved by the client as a result of the service provided to them guarantee their loyalty? Do beauty salons monitor customer satisfaction?
