Pada proses awal pemodelan mengunakan MSC Patran untuk selanjutnya dilakukan messhing untuk membagi bidang konstruksi car deck menjadi elemen-elemen yang lebih kecil setelah prose messhing pemberian variasi pembebanan setiap kondisi adapun kondisi muatan penuh, kondisi Shagging, dan kondisi Hogging. Setelah Proses Running diperoleh hasil stress. Kondisi full loads didapatkan nilai strees sebesar 118 Mpa, siklus sebanyak 0,98 x10 8 memiliki umur 25,47 tahun. Kondisi shagging didapat nilai stress sebesar 190 Mpa, siklus sebesar 0,77x10 8 memiliki umur 20,10 tahun.
