The present inherent ability of an organism to human pathogenic infections compelled the need to explore new substances with antimicrobial properties from plant-based materials. Moringa oleifera seed extract was evaluated for antimicrobial effects against the selected bacteria strains - Bacillus subtilis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and selected fungi - Rhizopus stolonifera and Candida albicans.
