The main purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of motivational and instructional selftalk cues with video-imagery intervention on Wingate cycle 30-sec anaerobic performance. The participants were 45 male state soccer players employing either one out of three different combination of delivering methods using self-talks cues and video-modelling imagery provided for 4 weeks.
