A Study of the Psychological Well-being of Employed Women with the Lower Grades in Elementary School

This study was designed to identify the factors influencing psychological well-being of employed women with lower grades in elementary school. The sample was one hundred fifty subjects who completed a self administered survey. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS Win 18.0 program. more » ... job stress, mother's monthly income, parenting stress, type of job, number of children, and weekly working hours. These variables explained 54.2% of psychological well-being. Job stress among these variables had a great influencing factor. Based on the results of the present study, there are some ways to promote employed women psychological wellbeing such as organize work environment, interpersonal relationships with boss and co-worker.
